The Editor's Affairs: The standard TEA package

The standard TEA package includes: ​​
  • A multi-tab Excel spreadsheet for tracking income, expenses, project-management and summary data. (See the TEA FAQ for the full list of income, expenses and summary columns included in this spreadsheet.)
  • An MS Word guide to the multi-tab spreadsheet.
  • A single-tab Excel project timesheet template, with guidance notes in the timesheet itself.

Price: CA$175 (+HST for Canada residents)

Editorial professionals worldwide who calculate their rates per 1000 words or per page can purchase the standard TEA package by following the instructions below.

If you calculate your rates on a different basis (not per 1000 words or per page) or on more than one basis, please contact me to discuss your requirements.

  • If you wish to pay from a Canadian or UK bank account, please contact me for Interac or other e-Transfer payment options. Canadian residents will be charged HST on their purchase.

  • Otherwise, please use the PayPal Buy Now button below:
 
  1.  Select one of the two template options in the dropdown menu.

  2.  Specify the currency in which you'd like to record your income and expenses in the "TEA spreadsheets currency" text box. (If you wish to use multiple currencies, please contact me to discuss customization options.)

  3. Specify the version of Excel you currently have installed on your computer (e.g., Excel for Microsoft 365 for Mac, Excel 2021 for PC).
     
  4. Click the Buy Now button.

  5.  You will be prompted to log in to your PayPal account, and the item will be added to your PayPal Shopping Cart.

  6.  Make your payment via the PayPal Checkout.

  7.  I will email you your TEA package with your chosen template, normally within two working days of receiving your payment from PayPal.
